SHOUTAmerica understands the importance of online privacy and as a result we have a clear and straightforward privacy policy for our users.  This policy outlines what information we may collect and in turn how it may be used.

Please feel free to use our website to request more information regarding SHOUTAmerica’s mission and cause as well to use our interactive features, download materials and learn more about our activities.  To become a full participant in the SHOUTAmerica community, we may request that users provide personally identifiable information such as, but not limited to, your name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, fax number, date of birth, age, photograph, and information about your preferences. 

Privacy of Email and Personal Information:

SHOUTAmerica maintains an email list to keep interested parties informed about various activities of the organization.  Individuals must affirmatively request to join our mailing lists. 

SHOUTAmerica collects and uses your personal information to operate the SHOUTAmerica web site and to deliver any services you have requested.  These services may include the display of customized content based upon the information SHOUTAmerica has collected.

Only SHOUTAmerica staff and our authorized agents have access to personally identifiable information provided by visitors to our site in order to better serve you.  People who affirmatively submit their contact information through the SHOUTAmerica site may be contacted by SHOUTAmerica staff or authorized agents.

  • Affiliated Third Parties – for example, our database administrators (for the sole purpose of helping us do our work) or affiliated campaigns. Third Party Administrators, such as organizations we engage to facilitate large distribution of messages.

SHOUTAmerica is concerned about the privacy of children; therefore, we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under the age of 13.  Visitors who are under 13 years of age should ask their parent or legal guardian for assistance when using the Site and should not submit any personally identifying information to the Site.

As with any Web site, SHOUTAmerica may examine our Web site 
logs to constantly improve the value of our Web site to the users.  We use a service provided by our database administrators that may monitor page views, unique views, unique visitors, repeat visitors, frequency of visits, and peak-volume traffic periods. We do not use this service to gather, request, record, require, collect or track any Internet users' personally identifiable information.

We log IP addresses which describe the location of your computer or network on the Internet.  This information is helpful for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes.  We may also use third-party services such as Google Analytics.  These practices help us understand traffic patterns and know if there are problems with our Web site.
